Criterion


It is one of the restaurants of the famous Rausch brothers. It presents a vast a la carte menu and tasting menu options. The dishes are re-readings of traditional Colombian cuisine, with a personal touch from the chefs. This is the third generation of the Rausch family that is dedicated to culinary in Colombia and Criterion is their first bet in haute cuisine.

The restaurant  has a very eclectic menu, since it mixes Latin American, Asian and European food. It has one of the best wine selections in the country and is the star enterprise of the famous chef Harry Sasson.
