The Bandeja Paisa is probably the most popular dish in Colombia, it is originally from the Andean region of the country, where people are called "Paisas" and it is a very delicious dish.
Ingredients

- Beans
- White rice
- Ground beef
- Greaves
- Cooked sausages
- Fried eggs
- Banana slices
- Guiso
- Avocado to serve
Preparation:
1. Prepare the beans, guiso and ground beef the day before and store in the fridge.
2. When you are ready to serve the paisa tray, heat the beans, the stew and the ground meat; proceed to prepare the pork rinds.
3. Cook white rice and bananas. Fry the eggs and chorizos.
